The news coming out of the Big 12 has been mostly positive this week.
New commissioner Brett Yormark is flying high off the newly announced media rights deal: four conference teams find themselves ranked in the Top 25 of the first College Football Playoff rankings, even if one has a legit gripe; and basketball season, possibly what the Big 12 is best at, is just around the corner.
