ARLINGTON — Bob Bowlsby kicked off his final Big 12 media days Wednesday with a “State of the Conference” address, during which he touted the multiple team national championships won by member institutions, took a small shot at Texas and Oklahoma, and gave a shoutout to a former TCU star.
