There are 305 NCAA division one baseball teams in America, and every August each team dreams of making it to Omaha. Only eight of those 305 teams will realize that dream each year.

TCU is one of those eight that have realized that dream of getting to Omaha.

For the first time since 2017, TCU Baseball will be playing in Omaha in the College World Series.

However for the Frogs, even though the dream of getting there may be realized, the job isn’t finished. TCU’s begins their quest for a championship on Friday at 1 p.m. when they take on Oral Roberts in game one of the College World Series.

Joining TCU in their bracket will be the above mentioned Oral Roberts, and familiar College World Series foes Virginia and Florida. Luckily for TCU this time around, Alex Faedo no longer pitches for Florida.

TCU fans might remember the Frogs battle with Virginia in the 2014 College World Series that saw the Cavaliers come out victorious in 15 innings.

Let’s take a look at each opponent that is on TCU’s side of the bracket, starting with Frogs first opponent Oral Roberts.
