TCU assistant athletic director for football human performance, Kaz Kazadi, held court after a team workout on Wednesday to praise four student-athletes — long-snapper/tight end Brent Matasck, safety Daveion Crawford, kicker Luke Laminack and cornerback Jaionte McMillan.

After he praised their efforts, Kazadi made an announcement to the team that got them fired up, as seen below from TCU football’s announcement via Twitter.

“They get uncomfortable and then we keep pressing them,” he said.

Kazadi was quick to point out how these guys kept on fighting through the workouts for growth.

“Now, what we’re gonna do is — put them on scholarship,” Kazadi proclaimed, as the team erupted in applause.

Frogs Today caught up with the respective position coach for each of the four new scholarship players.
