The Horned Frogs lose out down the stretch 82-81 after building a 10 point advantage with 7 minutes to play.  Free throws were the difference in the game going 16 for 21 compared to 24 of 28 for the Red Raiders.

The Frogs defended very well the entire game holding Texas Tech to 39% but could have even been better according to head coach, Jamie Dixon.

Emanuel Miller had another double-double scoring 15 points and bringing down 12 rebounds recording his second double-double of the season.  Miller talked about getting stops down the stretch was the difference.

Texas Tech went on an 8 point run with 3 minutes to play.

Avery Anderson III also scored 15 points on the evening.  He emphasized staying disciplined down the stretch referring to putting Texas Tech on the line too much after building that 10 point lead in the second half.

The Frogs won the rebounding battle 49-36 and a +10 in that area is a regular game goal for TCU.
