The NFL released its initial invitation list for the NFL Combine on Wednesday, and nine TCU Horned Frogs have made the cut.

Here’s the list:

  • Max Duggan, QB
  • Quentin Johnston, WR
  • Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson, CB
  • Steve Avila, OL
  • Kendre Miller, RB
  • Dee Winters, LB
  • Alan Ali, OL
  • Derius Davis, WR
  • Dylan Horton, DL

TCU’s nine invitees are third-most for any teram and are the most for any Big 12 school.

For the uninitiated, the NFL Combine is the annual showcase of college athletes in front of NFL owners, coaches, general managers and scouts. Participants are put through a variety of drills and tests, while also having an opportunity to meet and interview with various teams.

This year’s combine takes place March 2-5 in Indianapolis.
