FORT WORTH — It was a night of celebration for TCU as coach David Rubinson, the man who founded the women’s soccer program, was honored in a halftime ceremony with athletic director Jeremiah Donati and numerous former alumni of the program joining Rubinson.
The action on the field at Garvey-Rosenthal Stadium was a physical back-and-forth affair as the Horned Frogs were able to work a 1-1 draw with Texas in the Big 12 opener.
