FORT WORTH – It was picture perfect evening for TCU Soccer Thursday night as the Frogs take down the Jayhawks 1-0.

Gracie Brian scores the games lone goal in the 40th minute of the first half. Skylar Heinrich had a beautiful back footed feed to Brian who took it the rest of way and finished giving the Frogs the lead going into the half.

“I said to the team before, it was a really professional performance by us,” coach Eric Bell said. “We got a good goal at the end of the first half. Then we took care of business, squandering any type of attack or chances that they might have had. I thought as far as their chances, they didn’t really create a whole lot. So, that’s a credit to the whole team as far as the defending and being on the same page.”

With the win TCU extends their winning streak to six games and their unbeaten streak to seven games.

In this winning steak for TCU they have only allowed two goals in the six games. Thursday’s shutout marked the third consecutive shutout. The Frogs now haven’t allowed a goal in 294 minutes, their longest streak since 2021.

TCU also improved to 5-0-1 in conference play and with the win Thursday night and Texas Tech drawing BYU, the Frogs are now tied for first place in the conference.
