Our TCU baseball preview series rolls on this week, as we inch closer and closer to Friday’s season opener. Today we’re taking a look at the infield, which is absolutely loaded with talent and headlined by Big 12 Preseason Player of the Year Brayden Taylor.

Here’s the full rundown of our preview series:

Monday: Starting rotation and bullpen

Tuesday: Infield

Wednesday: Outfield

Thursday: Schedule breakdown, and practice report

Friday: College Baseball Showdown preview, projected lineup

Taylor, plus a bulked up David Bishop and two new faces up the middle, give the Frogs an elite defensive infield that the pitching staff can rely on to get outs.
