TCU basketball prepares for Oklahoma: news, notes and an injury update

FORT WORTH — TCU is preparing to host Oklahoma on Tuesday on the heels of arguably the biggest win in program history. The No. 11 Horned Frogs had an energetic practice Monday, focusing on rebounding, transition play and solving the challenge Oklahoma presents offensively.

The Sooners enter Tuesday’s matchup 11-8 this season and just 2-5 in Big 12 play, but six of their seven of their conference games have been decided by five points or less.

A big reason for that is the pace at which Oklahoma chooses to play, coach Jamie Dixon said.
