TCU Football turned a disappointing season by their standards into thunderous momentum on the recruiting trail. The Horned Frogs announced 33 new additions to the roster on National Signing Day.
After the season’s disappointing end, TCU’s coaching staff turned their attention quickly to recruiting. The Frogs were able to land the 31st class in the nation according to 247Sports.
The momentum of recruiting a strong high class has carried over to getting a strong portal class as well. 247Sports ranks TCU’s transfer class 4th in the nation currently.
Overall the Frogs signed 21 high school recruits and have added 12 transfers so far.
“I’m excited to announce this group that we have,” coach Sonny Dykes said. “21 high school signees. It’s important for us to build our program with high school football players. That will always be the backbone of TCU Football.”
