Sonny Dykes left SMU for TCU because it was a better opportunity for him. SMU fans might disagree (The Associated Press/David Zalubowski).

FORT WORTH — The rivalry between TCU and SMU will be ratcheted up Saturday morning as Horned Frogs coach Sonny Dykes returns to Gerald J. Ford Stadium for the first time since leaving the Mustangs after last season.

The boo birds will have flocked to the Hilltop, and Dykes is fully expecting to hear them before the 11 a.m. kickoff (ESPNU). If he were in the shoes of SMU fans, he’d join them.
