TCU is in, Alabama isn’t, as the committee actually got it right

All that worrying was for nothing.

TCU is in the College Football Playoff, despite the moans and groans from the Deep South and some Twitter blue checks who clearly didn’t watch a Horned Frogs game this season.

The best news TCU could have received Sunday is not the righting an 8-year-old wrong. It was simply doing the right thing.

The Frogs’ resume was too good to not be in the top four.

They are third at 12-1, their one loss was by three points in overtime to the No. 8 team in the country, and the one loss came in a bonus game other CFP hopefuls didn’t earn the right to play in their conferences.

We’re looking squarely at you, Alabama.
