Defense was the name of the game in TCU’s nil-nil draw with Wisconsin in the Frogs’ opening match of the season.
Goalkeeper Lauren Kellett was the star of the game, notching her 11th career shutout in the draw. Coach Eric Bell praised his star goaltender’s performance afterward.
“Lauren was great,” Bell said. “Big time saves, and a force to be reckoned with in the back, did a really good job of controlling the back. She’s a fantastic goalkeeper.”
