Big12 opener, wind blowing out with an expectation of a higher scoring game, 36 degrees and dropping, first pitch was moved up an hour.

Despite a strong start on the mound from starting pitcher, Payton Tolle, the Kansas Jayhawks gave the Frogs their best effort outlasting them 3-1.

Peyton Chatagnier led off with a single, stole second, Myers walked, Kurtis Byrne flew out to right advancing the runners and Logan Maxwell grounded to second, scoring Chatagnier.

The first inning was the only offense manufactured for the Frogs.

Tolle went 4 innings giving up 2 runs on 5 hits, striking out 6, bringing his year total to 34 in 16.1 innings pitched through 5 starts.
